Founded in 2019, Bristol-based Real Good Fitness was created to bring the benefits of outdoor fitness to everyone. Our classes take place in fresh air and green spaces, allowing you to enjoy nature while working towards your fitness goals.

We keep our class sizes small to ensure personalised attention and a focus on proper technique, making every session safe, effective, and results-driven. But at Real Good Fitness, we offer more than just a workout—we foster a supportive community that motivates and encourages you every step of the way.

Meet Your Trainers

We currently have two dedicated personal trainers, Connor and Kody.

  • Connor founded Real Good Fitness in 2019.

  • Kody joined a few years later, bringing additional expertise to our team.

We are Bristol-based and run classes in Portishead, Long Ashton, and Brislington.
