Foundations

5 movement patterns make up the basis of every exercise you ever do, the foundations of movement if you will. This 6-week course is designed to teach these movements brick by brick as well as some advanced techniques to take your lifting to the next level.

Whether you're new to exercise, or an experienced lifter looking for more in-depth knowledge the Foundations classes will help you build a strong foundation for your POP.

This course can either be done 1-2-1 with our expert coaches or you can add yourself to a waitlist to be notified when a small group course starts near you!

Roots

As the top layers of your Pyramid of Performance grow, so must your base. Our Roots course brings everything full circle. We focus on building strength, mobility and control around our joints as we explore new ranges of motion.

This class is all about being slow and precise with your movements. By directing our attention more towards mind-muscle connection rather than brute strength, we can reprogramme our mind and body to work in unison.

The Roots Course is an online programme updated throughout the year. Each new term is split into 4, 3-week training blocks. Each training block will consist of 2 separate short sessions to be repeated throughout the block.

With no specialist equipment needed, you can do our Roots Class in the comfort of your own home. Once again progression is built in for you over the 12 weeks as we slowly work on your Awareness, Mobility and Stability.
