Progressions: Build Strength & Endurance
Our Progressions class is all about getting stronger for longer. We use a mix of compound movements, resistance training, and bodyweight exercises to help you build a solid foundation of strength and endurance.
How It Works:
Targeted Training Focus – Each term (5-7 weeks) alternates between Strength or Endurance, adjusting weights, reps, and intensity to drive specific adaptations.
Gradual & Structured Progression – Instead of constantly changing workouts, we follow a structured plan so you can master key movements and gradually increase reps, weights, and difficulty over time.
Sustainable Strength Gains—By systematically cycling between Strength and endurance, you'll develop the ability to lift heavier weights for longer, improving muscular endurance and overall performance.
Each session and term is carefully planned to build on previous progress, making long-term improvement feel effortless.
Athlete
Athlete: Unlock Explosive Power
Once you've built a strong foundation, it's time to get fast, agile, and powerful! Our Athlete class is designed to develop explosive strength, speed, and athletic performance.
What to Expect:
Advanced Strength & Power Movements – We introduce Kettlebell Swings, Cleans, and Plyometrics, helping you develop fast, powerful muscle contractions.
Sport-Specific Training Elements – We break down key running, jumping, and throwing techniques to improve speed, agility, and coordination.
Scalable for All Levels – While this class is slightly more advanced, every exercise is adjustable, meaning you’ll always train at the right level for you.
Personalised Intensity – Control your progress by managing effort levels—start the term jumping at 30% intensity and finish at 90% effort!
This dynamic and challenging class will push your limits and help you move better, faster, and more efficiently.
