Connor Golding
A long-time lover of all things active and sporty, Connor was naturally drawn towards personal training as a way to help others discover this same fondness for fitness. With a love for all things sporty and an instinctive desire to help people, Connor naturally matured into a career as a personal trainer. With over 6 years of experience training people in both group and one-on-one environments, he can happily say that he’s turned his passion into his profession.
Connor aims to not only help others achieve their fitness goals, but to motivate them to become the best possible versions of themselves.By bringing fun and excitement back into training, he aims for his sessions to inspire positive lifestyle change that feels natural, rather than being something you dread.
Connor's passion has taken him around the globe, working as far afield as Canada and New Zealand. Having seen the inner workings of many gym floors, personal training studios and classes worldwide there’s one lesson he's learned: with so much ego in the fitness industry your main focus should always be your clients!
Ethan Paul
As joint director at Real Good Fitness Ethan is passionate about treating the body as a temple. It houses our mind and is the vehicle that we use to navigate life. Therefore looking after it and providing it with the best techniques to feel vitalised is paramount.
Ethan qualified with a BSc (Hons) Sports Coaching (Sports Therapy) in 2015 and has since gone on to utilise and evolve that knowledge in a range of ways. Ethan has worked as a sports coach in primary schools around the North Somerset and Bristol area for many years, as well as running Youth & Sports volunteer projects in Fiji. Therefore educating and inspiring communities of people to start their health and fitness journey from an early age has always been important to him. He has worked with Fox Cycling, teaching over 50 children how to ride bikes and is continuing to get young people involved in sport and fitness through his work at Portishead Youth Centre.
The decision to become a Personal Trainer came after working as a Sports Therapist and Soft Tissue Therapist, where he realised that rather than having people come to him in need of help, he should help them before any injuries occur.
