the Pyramid of PERFORMANCE

The ultimate aim of RGF is to help you build your Pyramid Of Performance (POP). Your POP is made up of 6 different fitness attributes that when improved can greatly increase your quality of life.

The base of your pyramid is all about gaining full body awareness and control. The better we can move our bodies, the easier our movements will become.

Once you are moving better the middle layer of your POP is all about getting stronger for longer! Same movements with bigger weights

The final layer is where things start to get explosive. This is where we start to inject more speed into movements. 

Each of our tiered classes focuses on improving one of your pyramids’ layers. As your Pyramid grows, so does your health and happiness. 

The main thing to remember is the top of your pyramid can only be as strong as your base. Classes are designed to work alongside each other allowing you to improve all blocks of your pyramid.
